1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We accept returns only for items that meet one of the following criteria:

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are printed on-demand, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for the following:

Items where the incorrect size, color, or design was selected by the customer. We strongly encourage you to consult the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.

Returns due to a “change of mind”.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
3. How to Initiate a Return (Return Process)
If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these simple steps:

A clear description of the issue (e.g., damaged, wrong item).

Clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item. This is required for us to process your request.

Await Instructions: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back to us without prior approval.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
Once your return request is approved and (if necessary) the item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately as outlined in the “Return Process” above. Upon verification, we will be happy to offer you a free replacement of the same item or a full refund.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

For eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.

Shipping costs for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue by sending a free replacement. We cannot process an exchange for a different size or design if the original item was ordered correctly by you.

Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
8. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
