Products & Sizing

Q: What materials do you use for your apparel? A: We prioritize both comfort and quality. Most of our T-shirts are made from high-quality brands like Gildan or LAT using soft, durable materials like 100% cotton or cotton/polyester blends. For detailed information on a specific item, please refer to the product description on its page.

Q: How do I choose the right size? A: Getting the right fit is important! Each product page includes a detailed size chart with precise measurements. We highly recommend measuring a favorite, well-fitting shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart to find your perfect size.

Q: Are the colors I see on my screen accurate? A: We do our best to represent product colors accurately in our photos. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device display.

Ordering & Payment

Q: Is my payment information secure on your site? A: Absolutely. Our entire website is secured with SSL encryption to protect your data. Furthermore, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed through fully secure and PCI-compliant gateways like Stripe and PayPal.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, as well as payments via PayPal.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it? A: Because our products are made-to-order, we have a very limited window to make changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation or modification. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Why does my order take a few days to ship? A: This is because every item at Saliibo is made-to-order especially for you! This ensures you receive a brand-new, unique product crafted with care. We take 2-5 business days to print, quality-check, and package your order before it’s ready for shipment.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Your total delivery time is a combination of our production time and the shipping time. Total Delivery Time = Production Time (2-5 business days) + Shipping Time (5-7 business days). You can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-12 business days.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order has been dispatched from our production partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: We stand by our quality. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., you received the wrong item). For more details, please see our full Refund and Returns Policy.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do? A: We are very sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at contact@saliibo.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will work quickly to send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it? A: Because each item is custom-printed for your specific order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if the incorrect size was ordered by the customer. This is why we strongly emphasize checking the size chart on each product page before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding!
