Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: October 5, 2025

This page is for residents of California and provides information about your rights and our data practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

At Saliibo, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

1. Your Rights Under the CCPA

As a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • The Right to Know: You can request to know what personal information we have collected, used, shared, and sold about you.

  • The Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions.

  • The Right to Correct: You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

  • The Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information with third parties.

  • The Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: You can direct us to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

  • The Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

2. What Does “Selling” or “Sharing” Information Mean?

Saliibo does not exchange the personal information of our customers for direct monetary payment. We never sell lists of customer names, email addresses, or contact information to third parties.

However, the CCPA/CPRA defines the terms “sell” and “share” very broadly. These terms may include activities where we share your information with third parties in exchange for non-monetary benefits, such as for online advertising purposes.

For example, when we use third-party services like Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel, we share certain information (like your browsing activity) with these partners to help us understand our website traffic and show you more relevant advertisements. Under the CCPA’s broad definition, this type of data sharing may be considered a “sale” or “share.”

3. How to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

You can exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through either of the following methods:

  1. By Email: Send an email to contact@saliibo.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”. Please include your name and the email address associated with your potential account or orders so we can identify your records.

  2. By Phone: Call us at +1 (818) 937-3752 during our business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT).

Additionally, our website is configured to process opt-out preference signals sent by browser-based tools like the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

4. The Verification Process

For a request to opt-out of the sale/sharing of your information, we will take steps to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty by confirming your request via the email address you provide.

For requests to know, delete, or correct your data, we may require additional information to verify your identity to a higher degree of certainty. This may include asking you to confirm details from a past order to ensure we are protecting your information from unauthorized access.

5. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and will also need to verify your identity directly.
