We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

To ensure the highest quality for every customer, all of our products are made-to-order.

  • Processing Time: Your order requires 2 to 5 business days for production, quality control, and packaging before it is dispatched.

  • Business Hours: Our processing hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding public holidays.

  • Please Note: This processing window is separate from the shipping time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PT) will be processed starting the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

The total time to receive your order is the Processing Time + Shipping Time. We offer clear, flat-rate shipping options for your convenience.

  • Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders with a total value of $199 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

Disclaimer: The delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays during peak seasons, or national holidays. While we are not responsible for these delays, we will do our best to support you.

3. Shipping Carrier & Order Tracking

  • Primary Carrier: We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our orders.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the USPS website or through our official Track Your Order page.

4. Sales Tax

Please note that product prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax. The final sales tax will be calculated automatically based on your shipping address and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment. Tax rates vary according to state and local regulations.

5. Shipping Address & Restrictions

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to prevent delays. We are not responsible for shipping failures due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • We are unable to ship to the following address types:

    • P.O. Boxes

    • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support team immediately, within 7 days of the expected delivery date or actual delivery date.

  • How to Reach Us: Email us at contact@saliibo.com with the subject line “Support Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  • Required Information: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage (if applicable).

We will work swiftly with you to find a satisfactory solution, including a replacement shipment if necessary.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, we have a limited window to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make a modification. After this period, your order may already be in production, and we will be unable to process your request.
